bramwild is a storefront operated by OMELVA LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House № 17185873). Reach us at support@bramwild.com.

Free US shipping

Every order ships free within the United States. No minimums.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays process the next business day.

Transit time

Once shipped, orders arrive in 7–12 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, DHL eCommerce, or equivalent carrier. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

Where we ship

Currently US-only (all 50 states + DC). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Duties & taxes

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no customs surprises at the door. Sales tax is not collected unless we have nexus in your state (currently none).

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days past the latest estimated arrival, email support@bramwild.com. We file the carrier claim and reship or refund.

Wrong address or unclaimed packages

If a package returns to us undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed), we email you to confirm a re-ship address. A second-attempt shipping fee may apply.
