01

Materials & safety

What are bramwild toys made from?

European beechwood, water-based non-toxic paint, and hand-woven natural rattan. Wooden parts sealed with food-safe water-based finish. Hardware is brass or steel pin. Full breakdown at Materials & Safety.

Are they safety-certified?

Sourced to meet ASTM F963 (US) and EN71 (EU) toy-safety standards. Suppliers hold the underlying CPSC test reports. Pretend-play use only — not flotation devices, not climbing equipment.

Are the finishes child-safe?

Yes. All paint is water-based, non-toxic. Hand-painted detail means small finish variation — part of the boutique-craft character, not a defect.

02

Ages & use

What ages are these for?

Default 4 to 9. Each product page lists its specific range. Kaleidoscope spotters and field-trail kits work well for the older end; foraging trugs, greenhouses, and camping dioramas span the full range.

Are small parts safe for younger kids?

4+ rating is intentional. Many products contain small hand-painted figures (peg dolls, woodland creatures, painted vegetables). Supervised play is the right posture for the 4–5 age window.

03

Shipping & delivery

How fast do orders ship?

Free US shipping on every order. Ships within 1–2 business days. Transit 7–12 business days via USPS Ground or equivalent. Tracking sent at dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US-only. We’re focused on serving the US market with free shipping and quick replies. International is on the roadmap.

04

Returns & care

What’s the return policy?

30 days from delivery, full refund to original payment, no questions. We pay return shipping if the item arrived damaged or wrong. Full refund policy.

How do I clean a wooden toy?

Wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth. Don’t submerge wooden items — water can warp the joinery and dull the paint. Rattan baskets can be lightly brushed clean. Full care guide.
