30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Hand-painted wooden items and rattan baskets must be free of marks, scuffs, dents, or dirt.
  • Personalised or customised items (none currently in our catalog) are non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email support@bramwild.com with your order number. We respond within one business day with return instructions.

Damaged or wrong item?

We pay the return shipping label cost and process a full refund (or replacement) within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Buyer's-remorse returns

Buyer pays return shipping. Full refund to original payment method (minus any original shipping cost — but bramwild ships free, so the refund is normally 100%).

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Restocking fee

None.

Non-returnable

  • Used or visibly worn items not caused by seller error
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Personalised / custom items (not currently sold)
